SHIPPING
Express delivery
This service ensures delivery within one to three days to every part of the world. The shipping cost will be calculated based on order weight and location. As soon as your order ships you will receive your tracking number!
Standard post
This is the cheapest way to get your goods , your package will be delivered in like one week to ten days
Normally shipping times are between the indicated time frames, delivery times may vary though between different parts of the world in both shipping methods, delivery times are indicated by our affiliated shipping agents. RiSE cannot guarantee these shipping times
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
All items are guaranteed to be brand new , If your RiSE product has a material or workmanship flaw, RiSE will accept your return. After your return is received, we’ll refund your original payment.
Product returns aren’t accepted if the product shows evidence of excessive wear, misuse or alteration. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), shipping fees of the replacement item(s) is covered by our company
CANCELLATIONS
Customers have the right to cancel their order at no charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and our Returns Policy will apply instead.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team immediately and provide your order number. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund the full amount you have paid using the same payment method used at checkout, within 2 business days of the cancellation date.
In the case of a partial cancellation (for example, if only certain items are canceled), only the corresponding amount for the canceled products will be refunded, also processed within 2 business days.
